Named for Canada: The Ocean and Boreal Inspiration Behind Our Products
New Brunswick sits between two extraordinary ecosystems: the Bay of Fundy, home to the highest tides on Earth, and the edge of the boreal forest, the vast northern woodland that stretches across Canada. Those landscapes are the inspiration behind the Naturology Skin collection — it's why half our product names read like a map of the Maritimes, and why the formulas are built the way they are.
What seaweed does for skin
Marine algae are naturally rich in minerals, amino acids, and polysaccharides — large sugar molecules that form a light film on the skin, helping it attract and retain moisture. That's why seaweed extracts show up again and again in toners, mists, and hydrating formulas: they're humectant, soothing, and mineral-rich without being heavy.
In our line, that's the job of the Fundy Ocean Toning Mist — a refreshing seaweed-and-botanical toner, named for the tides outside our window, that preps skin between cleansing and treatment.
The northern idea
Plants that endure long winters, short growing seasons, and intense seasonal light tend to produce protective compounds — antioxidants and polyphenols — to defend themselves. That northern-resilience idea runs through the whole collection: it's the thinking behind the Boreal Dream Night Cream, which works while you sleep, and the Northern Lights Eye Cream, our brightening eye-area treatment with a vitamin-C-rich resveratrol complex.
A routine that reads like a Canadian road trip
Cleanse with maple, polish with Tundra Radiance, tone with Fundy Ocean, treat with a maple serum, and finish the day under Boreal Dream. It's a complete ritual — morning and night — named for the landscapes we call home in Moncton.
The full seven-product journey comes bundled in the Ultimate Radiance Set (save nearly $100 versus buying separately), or start with the five-piece Radiance Set.
