At Naturology Skin™, we’re committed to getting your products to you safely, efficiently, and sustainably.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During promotions, launches, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and select international locations.

We use recyclable and minimal packaging materials wherever possible, in line with our commitment to sustainability.


📍 Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.


Shipping Issues or Delays

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at care@naturologycentre.com so we can help resolve the issue. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect addresses or carrier service disruptions.


💔 Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll make it right.


📦 Return to Sender / Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we can reship it at your request. Additional shipping charges may apply.
